Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2011 at Vernon Cemetery for Donna Elaine Martin, 57, of Coweta.

Rev. David Jones will officiate the service.

Pallbearers will be Steven Long, Tyler Long, J.D. Martin, Andy Martin, Dwain Denton, Michael Denton and Jerry Wayne Denton.

Interment will be under the direction of Wright-Brown Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Martin died Thursday, Sept. 15 at her home.

Mrs. Martin was born Aug. 18, 1954 in Coweta to Donald Edward and Ellen LaVerne (Morrison) Denton. She graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1972.

On July 3, 1972 she and Marvin Lee Martin were married in Tulsa.

Mrs. Martin was a homemaker for most of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Martin of the home; two sons, Andy Martin and his wife, Mandy of Tulsa and J.D. Martin of Tulsa; one sister, Brenda long and her husband, Steve of Coweta; one brother, Wade Denton; two grandchildren, Nevaeh Martin and Vivianne Hewitt and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. (Coweta American)
