Bill Duncan was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on Friday, November 6, 1953 to parents, Billy Jack, Sr. and Janie (Stiger) Duncan. He passed at his home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Monday, October 11, 2021. No services are scheduled at this time.

Bill was a high school graduate of Broken Arrow High School and married Patsy Davis St. Clair in 1979. He worked as a Ford Parts Manager for many years and retired from Matthews Ford in 2014. He and Pat loved to do everything together. He was a fisherman and Bill loved to go bass fishing with Pat. They enjoyed working on home projects together. He was a football sports fan and cheered on the OSU Cowboys!
