Donny Gene Lenard, a beloved individual who touched the lives of many, has passed away surrounded by his loving family. He departed from this world on December 18, 2023, leaving behind cherished memories and a profound impact on those fortunate enough to have known him. Donny's presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit and the legacy he leaves behind will forever be held in our hearts. May he rest in eternal peace. He is remembered as a man that always had a story to tell.
He was the proud owner of Rocket Motors in Broken Arrow. He enjoyed many things such as watching car & drag racing shows. His favorite was Street Outlaws. He loved watching college football- especially the oklahoma Sooners - BOOMER! He loved Mopar cars and going to car shows. He liked hunting and fishing. He loved to talk and tell stories. He would follow you to your car while you’re trying to leave, talking. Dad jokes, he would start telling you a story, you’d think it was a real story and it would turn out to be a dad joke.
He loved to sing, he sang all the time. He would make up little songs about anything too.
He loved taking Sunday drives with mom no matter where they went.
Family and Rocket Motors were his life. He would help out anyone in need and most of the time wouldn’t accept payment.
He was so smart as he knew laws very well and how things worked. Mom always said he should’ve gone to Law school and become a lawyer.
